The Sales Conference intressant eftermiddag med matnyttig information för alla säljare och marknadsförare.  Många tips, motivation och inspiration ägde rum på China Teatern.

En av föreläsarna var Neil Rackham, Sales and Marketing Professor som har studerat försäljning i många år säger:

“I was search scientist who decided that selling was an interesting thing to look at. In the presentation today I talked about the ways of which we must create value for customers when we sell because it has been a really big change in selling.

Ten years ago, the job of a sales person was to explain customers by products. Today it is unnecessarily. Customers already know that information and products are very similar. It has come more of a commodity. The result of it is that sales people have to do something extra.

And the extra thing they must learn to do is to create customer value. In this section we talked about of how to do that?” säger Neil Rackham.
