Raspberry Mule 4,5 cl vodka
1,5 cl fresh fruit purée/liqueur/flavoured syrup
1,5 cl fresh lime juice
3/4 cl sugar syrop
Dash of Angostura bitters
Ice cubes
Ginger beer
Lime wedge to garnish

Add the vodka, fruit purée, lime juice, sugar syrup and bitters into a mixing glass and fill with ice. Cap with a Boston shaker and shake for a few seconds. Strain into an ice-filled glass and top with ginger beer.
Garnish with a wedge of lime. Serve with a long straw.
