Tequila Cocktails

Chapala
 
4,5 cl Tequila
2 cl Lemon juice
Dash grenadine
Dash triple sec
4,5-6 cl orange juice
 
Stir over crushed ice in a collins glass
 

Latin Lover
 
3/4-2 cl Lemon juice
2 cl Lime juice (rose's lime juice)
3 3/4-6 cl Pineapple juice
2 cl Cachaça
2 cl Tequila
Pineapple
 
Shake will over crushed ice in a shaker, strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice, add pineapple
 

Margarita
 
3 3/4 cl Tequila
2 cl Cointreau/triple sec/Grand Marmier
3 cl lime juices
1 barspoon of sugar/agrave syrup
Ice cubes
Lime wedge or wheel to garnish

 
Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass and fill with ice. Cap with a Boston shaker and shake for a few seconds. Strain over ice-filled rocks glass or fine-strain chilled into a Martini glass that has been frosted with salt (optional). Garnish with a lime wheel.

Alternatively choose the Martini glass.
 

Passion Fruit Margarita
 
4, 5 cl Tequila
1,5 cl Cointreau
1,5 cl Passion fruit purée or Passoã
1,5 cl sugar/agave syrup
1 barspoon of lime juice
Ice cubes
1/2 passion fruit or lime wedge to garnish
 
Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass and fill with ice. Cap with a Boston shaker and shake for a few seconds. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass or fin-strain chilled into a Martini glass that has been frosted with salt. Garnish with the passion fruit or lime wedge.

Alternatively use the Martini glass instead.
 

Tequila Sunrise
 
6 cl tequila blanco
Fresh orange juice
Ice cubes
3/4 cl Grenadine
Orange wheel or slice to garnish
 
Add the tequila and orange juice into a mixing glass and fill with ice. Cap with a Boston shaker and ske vigorously for a few seconds. Strain into an ice-filled glass. Drizzle the grenadine slowly down the inside of the glass. Garnish with a orange wheel or slice. Serve with along straw.
 

Viva Mexico with Sangrita
 
1 glass Tequila Viva Mexico blanco

Sangrita:
1 part of tomatojuice
Half part of pressed orange juice
1/3 part pressed lime
Salt, peppar and chopped jalapeño

 
Viva México TEQ 1 glass Tequila Viva Mexico blanco Sangrita: 1 part of tomatojuice Half part of pressed orange juice 1/3 part pressed lime Salt, peppar and chopped jalapeño This drink needs to glasses. One sherry glass of tequila and one shot glass of sangrita.
Mix the sangrita ingredients in a in a big jar. Garnish the sangrita with a lemon wedge.
