4,5 cl VS cognac
1,5 cl Rum blanco
1,5 cl Cointreau
3 cl lemon juice
1,5 cl sugar syrup
Ice cubes
Lemon twist to garnish
Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass and fill with ice. Cap with a Boston shaker and shake for a few seconds. Fine-strain into a chilled glass. Spray the oils from the lemon peel over the drink and drop into the glass. Sugar-coat the rim if you like.
Sazerac
3 cl Bourbon
2 cl Cognac
Dash of Absinthe
Dash of angostura
Pour the absinthe in a rocks glass and fill the glass with crossed ice. Strain
Add and 2 straws.
Scorpion
Juice of half a lime
4,5 cl orange juice
3/4 cl triple sec
2 cl brandy
2 cl white rum
3 cl dark rum
Shake well over crushed ice in a shaker, strain into a large highball glass half-filled with crushed ice, drop the squeezed into the glass.
