Amaretto Sour
 
6 cl amaretto
3 cl lemon juice
Sugar syrup (adjust to taste)
Dash of pineapple juice
Ice cubes
Dash of Angostura bitters
Lemon twist to garnish
 
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass and fill with ice. Cap with a Boston shaker and shake vigorously to create a foamy drink. Strain into an- ice-filled glass and add a dash of Angostura bitters. Spray the oils from the lemon peel over the drink and tuck the twist into the foam. Serve with 2 sip straws.
 
 
Americano
 
3 cl Cinzano or sweet vermouth
3 cl Campari
Ice cubes
Soda water
Orange slice to garnish

 
Add the Cinzano and Campari to an ice-filled rocks glass and top with soda water. Garnish with a slice of orange.
 
 
Bloody Orange
 
1,5 cl Lime Juice
1 cl sugar syrup
4 cl absolute mandarin
2 cl crème de cassis
Splash amaretto

 
Shake and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
 
 
Caipirinha
 
1 lime cut into 6 wedges
2 barspoons demerara sugar or 3 cl demerara sugar syrup
Crushed ice
6 cl Chachaça
 
Dice the lime wedges and place in a rocks glass. Pour over the sugar or syrup and muddle with a large muddler. Fill the glass with crushed ice add the Cachaça and stir. No garnish is required for this drink as the lime remains in the glass.
 
 
Champagne Cocktail
 
1 demerara sugar cube
Dash of Angostura bitters
3 cl VS cognac
Champagne
Orange or lemon twist to garnish

 
Place the sugar cube on a napkin over the glass and add a dash of bitters to sack the sugar, then drop the sugar cube into the glass, Add the cognac and top with Champagne. Spray the oils of an orange or lemon twist into the drink, then garnish by sliding the twist into the glass.
 
 
Chocolate Raspberry Martini
 
2 cl Kahlua
2 cl Chambord (raspberry liqueur)
6 cl cream
6 cl raspberry purèe

 
Shake ingredients and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a strawberry.
 
 
Jack Rose
 
2 cl lemon juice
1 barspoon powdered sugar
dashes grenadine
4,5 cl Calvados

 
Shake over ice cubes in a shaker, strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
 
 
James Bond
 
1 sugar cube
dshes Angostura bitters 2-3 clvodka
Champagne

 
Saturate sugar cube in a Champagne flute with Angostura pour in vodka, top with Champagne.
 
 
Latin Lover
 
3/4-2 cl Lemon juice
2 cl Lime juice (rose's lime juice
3 3/4-6 cl Pineapple juice
2 cl Cachaça
2 cl Tequila
Pineapple
 
Shake will over crushed ice in a shaker, strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice, add pineapple
 
 
Midori Sour
 
6 cl Midori
6 cl lemon juice
Sugar syrup (adjust to taste, maximum 1,5 cl )
Dash of pineapple juice
Ice cubes
Lemon twist to garnish
 
Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass and fill with ice. Cap with a Boston shaker and shake vigorously to create a foamy drink. Strain into an ice-filled glass. Spray the oils from the lemon peel over the drink and tuck the twist
 
 
Mimosa
 
Pour orange juice into Champagne flute, carefully fill glass with Champagne.

3 cl Tia maria (coffee liqueur)
2 cl Strawberry purèe
 
Mix the ingredients and pour them into a glass with ice.
 
 
Parraty
 
4 cl White peach purèe
3 cl Chachaça
2 cl crème de peche
3 cl lime juice
2 cl sugar syrup
Garnish: Granted cinnamon
 
Shake all ingredients and strain into glass. Garnish with granted cinnamon
 
 
Pimm's Cup
 
Ice cubes
Lemon slice
Orange slice
Cucumber slices
1/2 strawberry, slices
6 mint leaves plus extra, to garnish
6 cl Pimm's No. 1
Lemonade
Cucumber slice, strawberrry and mint sprig, to garnish
 
Fill in the glass with ice and add all the fruit slices and mint leaves to the glass. Add the Pimm's and top with lemonade. Stir gently with a long straw to mix the ingredients. Garnish with a slice of cucumber, a strawberry and a sprig of mint.

Alternatively you can also use sling glass.

 
 
Red Hot
 
3-4 wedge red chili
3 cl Barcardi Razz
1 cl Cacao liqueur
1,5 sour mix
1 raspberry puree

 
Muddle fresh chili and pour it in a highball glass with crossed ice. Shake all ingredients and pour into the glass. Garnish with a lime slice.
 
 
Sidecar
 
3 cl Cognac
1 cl Cointreau
2 cl lemon juice
1,5 cl sugar syrup

 
Shake all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with lemon slice or wedge.
