Grapefruit and Honey Sour
6 cl Gin
3 cl fresh grapefruit juice
1,5 cl Honey syrup
3/4 cl Sugar syrup (adjust to taste)
2 drops of Angostura bitters
1 tsp egg white (a dash of pineapple juice can replace the egg white)
Grapefruit twist to garnish Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass and fill with ice. Cap with a Boston shaker and shake vigorously to create a foamy drink. Strain into an ice-filled glass. Spray the oils from the grapefruit peel over the drink and tuck the twist into the foam. Serve with two sip straws.
